RETURNS

1. What is your return policy? 

Eligible items can only be returned or exchanged due to valid reasons such as wrong product delivery, damaged or faulty items. 

 

All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. 

 

Eligible items can only be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery receipt. Customers should notify us within 24 hours upon receiving items. Failure to do the above mentioned conditions will deem items ineligible. 

 

Refund process will take within 30 days. 

 

2. What should I do if I received a damaged item? 

If you received items that are damaged, kindly send us an email at qalixcasa@gmail.com or message us on our social media accounts within 24 hours upon receipt of the item/s. Kindly attach pictures and the description of the trouble you are experiencing. We will assist you as soon as possible.
