Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. Please make sure to read product descriptions and ensure that the correct product (quantity, variant) is in your cart. Orders completed are considered final.

  2. Refunds are allowed as store credit only, subject to refund policy.

  3. Refund, returns or exchanges are only allowed due to the following valid reasons:

  • wrong product delivery (there should be mismatch to item/variant received and item/variant on order page)
  • damaged or broken items (items with cracks, broken to pieces, missing parts)
  • incomplete items delivered (there should be mismatch to item/variant received and item/variant on order page)

    4. All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

    5. Requests for refund, returns or exchanges should be made within 24 hours upon receiving items. Failure to do so will deem items ineligible.

    6. Kindly send proof of damage or wrong product delivery to wecare@qalixcasa.com or dm to Facebook or Instagram with the following format:

    Subject: Order # + Name + Concern
    Body: Date received + Description of problem/concern + Photo proof

    7. Qali x Casa has the right to deny refund, returns, or exchanges of items that do not meet our policy
