1. How can I place an order? 

On the product page, simple click on add to cart and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order summary to your email. 


2. Can I place an order outside your website? 

Sure! Just send us a message at to place your order. 


3. What if I want to cancel my order? 

We are unable to cancel orders once it has been confirmed. Kindly double check your orders prior to proceeding to checkout to avoid errors in placing an order. 


4. How can I edit items in my order? 

Once the orders have been placed, you can no longer edit the items in it. Message us for any revision on your orders. Kindly double check your orders prior to proceeding to checkout to avoid delays in the processing of your orders. 


5. What are my payment options? 

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card via Paymongo (BDO/BPI/other banks), bank deposit/fund transfer (Unionbank), GCash and Cash-On-Delivery (COD). 


6. How do I pay using my credit card or debit card? 

In the checkout page, simply select the Credit/Debit Cards via Paymongo option. This will redirect you to a Paymongo checkout page where you need to input your payment details. 


7. How do I pay via Bank Deposit/Fund Transfer? 

In the checkout page, simply select the Bank Deposit Option. Our Unionbank account details will be shown on the confirmation page.

8. How do I pay via GCash? 

In the checkout page, select GCash as the payment option. GCash account details are also shown on the confirmation page. Kindly message us if you prefer to pay via QR Code.

9. Until when can I pay for my order? 

You are given 48 hours to settle your payment. This applies to Bank Deposit/Fund Transfer and GCash payments. You will receive a payment reminder 24 hours after you placed your order if no payment has been made. Orders are automatically cancelled beyond 48 hours. 


10. I ordered several items but could not proceed with checkout. 

This may be because the total weight of your orders is beyond the capacity of our partner courier. A solution to this would be to order the items separately. If after this you still can't proceed with checkout, the problem may be because your shipping address is a non-serviceable area.

11. Is it safe to transact on your website? 

Absolutely! We never store your payment details. Our online store also uses a safe and secure SSL-encrypted connection to process your payment information so you can rest assured that your personal details are safe with us.
