1. How can I track my orders?
We will send updates to the email or phone number you entered upon checkout.
2. Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide in most regions of the country! However, there may be certain areas that are beyond the scope of our partner courier. We will reach out to you if your area is affected.
3. How much is the shipping fee? Do you offer Free Shipping?
Shipping is now FREE for all orders within Metro Manila, no minimum amount required! Flat rate applies for provincial areas as follows:
Luzon - Php 150
Visayas & Mindanao - Php 200
4. When can I expect delivery?
We are committed to delivering your orders as soon as possible. We carefully pack each item to ensure safe delivery. Hence, we ship out your orders within 1-2 business days from your order date. Delivery is expected within 1-3 business days for Metro Manila and within 7-10 business days for Provincial areas. Countdown begins once orders have been shipped out. Please note that our partner courier is a third party service provider.
5. Why have I not received my delivery yet?
While we strive to deliver your orders the soonest, there may be some instances that your orders are delayed. Our partner couriers may have encountered difficulties during the delivery of your orders. To avoid this, kindly make sure to give complete and accurate details (shipping address and phone number). Kindly also double check your details prior to proceeding to check out.
6. Can we choose our preferred couriers (Grab, Mr. Speedy, Lalamove) to deliver our orders?
Sure! However, orders should be placed outside our online store and shipping fee will be directly paid to the driver. Not applicable for COD orders. Free Shipping within Metro Manila are also waived. Kindly message us at m.me/Qalixcasa so that we may assist you.
