Shipping Terms

We now offer shipping to more countries.

We currently deliver to countries in Southeast Asia: The Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia and Malaysia. Please note that all products applicable for International Shipping are dispatch from our Overseas Warehouse. Products available at our Local Warehouse are not currently applicable for International Shipping.

 

Local Shipping

  •  Free standard shipping for all Non-COD (Non-Cash on Delivery) orders.
  • Cash on Delivery orders are subject for a flat rate of Php 200 shipping fee.
  • Orders are dispatched within 3 working days. We inspect all products prior to packing and ensure that packaging is well secured to avoid damages during transit, hence, the long dispatch time.
  • Delivery lead time for Metro Manila is 1-3 working days after dispatch and 7-10 working days after dispatch for Provincial Areas.
  • All orders shipped via free standard shipping are insured.

 

International Shipping

Free standard shipping for all international orders.
Delivery Lead Time
  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch for all international orders is 10-15 working days. Please note that delivery time may vary from country to country and unexpected delays may occur.
  • Estimated dispatch time for select products may vary based on its production time. Items in a single order may arrive separately.
  • Qali x Casa does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date for all orders. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only.
Duties and Taxes
  • All items shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes and custom duties and/or fees. These vary depending on the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
  • Qali x Casa does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
  • The buyer has the sole responsibility on these additional charges. By placing an international order, the buyer is responsible in obtaining information and abiding by their country's law, regulations and restrictions on import taxes and custom duties.
  • If a product is seized and destroyed by the customs, or returned to our Overseas or Local Warehouse, we will NOT be responsible for any losses, the product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs when the buyer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after the product is returned to Qali x Casa.
Terms and Conditions
  • Qali x Casa is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or delayed shipments or damaged freight by the freight carriers after they have been dispatched.
  • Qali x Casa cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. The customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.
  • Qali x Casa is not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
