To place order on our webstore:

1. Click on the item you would like to purchase. Make sure to read the description!

2. Select "Add to Cart" then continue shopping or "Buy Now" to proceed immediately to checkout

3. Once you have all items you would like to purchase in your cart, click on "Check Out"

4. Kindly fill out the form with your necessary information then click on "Continue"

5. Select your preferred shipping and payment methods. Then select "Complete Order"

To place order on our Shopee Store:

1. Click on the item you would like to purchase. Make sure to read the description!

2. Select "Add to Cart" then continue shopping or "Buy Now" to proceed immediately to checkout

3. Select your Shopee Voucher or Redeem some coins, then click on "Check Out"

4. Select your Delivery Address, check out the order details and select your payment option, then click on "Place Order"

To place order on Facebook/Instagram:

1. Note the "Item Name" of the item you wish to purchase.

2. Send us a message with the following details:

     Full Name:

     Complete Address: please include postal code & landmarks

     Contact Number:

     Complete Order: Item Name + Quantity + color/design

Payment: COD/Gcash/Bank Transfer (Unionbank)

3. Leave everything to us and wait for your confirmation text!

We can only cancel your order if we haven't shipped the items yet. Once your order has left our facility, we can no longer cancel the order. Kindly double check your orders prior to completing the order to avoid errors.

To ensure the safety of our items during delivery, all items are packed individually with bubble wrap and placed in corrugated boxes filled with either styrofoam or shredded paper (or both if needed). The boxes are then wrapped again with stretch film and bubble wrap. Fragile stickers are placed on the outer bubble wrap.

All orders sent through Standard Shipping are insured. You are guaranteed a replacement or refund in such cases provided that you met the conditions in our Return Policy.
